Replumbing work
Replumbing work has been finished on 1st Mar 2024. The work involved replacement of communal pipes of the building to maintain good quality of water in the building.

Main door access control device
Main door access control device has been installed on 22nd Nov 2023 to maintain high security level. Our tenants just need to present their own resident card to the door card reader, which then unlocks the door and grants entry.
